Scope of work

The transformation started with preparing the existing room and reframing the areas that would shape the new layout. Careful work behind the finishes supported the shower, storage, and fixture updates.

Removed existing tile and wall finishes.
Reframed walls for the new shower, closet, and recessed medicine cabinet.
Repaired drywall seams.
Installed a new bathroom exhaust fan and lighting.
Built a custom tiled shower with a waterproofing system.
Installed a new toilet, double vanity, medicine cabinet, and plumbing fixtures.
Installed tile flooring throughout the bathroom and tile wainscoting around the bathroom walls.

Careful work, from waterproofing to tile.

The custom shower combines tiled walls and a patterned tile floor with a waterproofing system beneath the finished surface. A recessed shower niche keeps everyday essentials within reach.

Tile wainscoting continues around the bathroom walls, connecting the shower to the rest of the room. The coordinated finishes give the updated layout a calm, cohesive feel.
